Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

· Office Management: Oversee day-to-day remote office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage per diem requests, vendor relations, and fleet management

 

· Accounts Receivable & Collections: Manage the accounts receivable process, including submitting invoices and pay applications, following up on overdue payments, and internal coordination with project teams. Work closely with clients and project managers to ensure timely collections.

 

· Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal projects, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.

 

· Financial Administration: Support basic accounting functions, including processing invoices, basic financial reporting, and accounts payable invoice processing.

 

· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and organize records, prepare reports, and track key metrics related to office operations and financial performance.

 

· Employee Engagement: Actively support and strengthen company culture within a fully remote team by fostering connection, trust, and alignment across the organization. This role helps reinforce our values through thoughtful communication, regular check-ins, and coordination of virtual meetings and team initiatives, ensuring employees feel engaged, supported, and connected despite physical distance.

  • Comfortable starting in a part-time role with the goal of growing into a full-time role
