We’re looking for a Part-Time Corporate Marketing Assistant to support our corporate and branch offices in creating polished, persuasive proposals and marketing documents that help us stand out in the professional services industry.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft compelling RFQ/SOQ responses and proposal packages

  • Coordinate with teams across the company to meet marketing deadlines

  • Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and asset lists

  • Support business development and internal communications

  • Collaborate on special projects like website content, social media, and event support

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably in a professional services or A/E/C environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)

  • Strong writing/editing skills (samples required)

  • 20 hours/week (with flexibility to go above when deadlines demand)

  • Hybrid remote: Initial in-office training, then mostly remote with weekly Zooms

  • Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and skill

  • Minimal travel, no out-of-town trips

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
