Our passion for excellence set us apart from the rest. As we continue to expand, we need an Office Assistant to keep our gears turning and ensure smooth operations.
This position requires a professional who is extremely organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks and systems at once.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Be the friendly face and voice that greets guests & answers the phone.
- Organize and maintain crucial spreadsheets.
- Monitor of trucks via GPS and maintenance records.
- Setup and take down assistant for projects in company systems.
- Onboarding expert for new hires.
- Coordinate team schedules and ensure everyone is in sync.
- Work closely with our fantastic engineers and technicians, providing the support they need to excel.
- Keep our inventory well-stocked and the office flowing.

· Previous experience in office admin or related fields.
· Preference to candidates who have worked in the Construction Industry!
· Experience with Accounts Receivables and Collections would be a plus!
